Much Ado About Nothing

hey, well i know that i havent written anything here for a while. i havent really been doing much. ive been home sick pretty much all week. sickness plus hayfever equals more sickness. ive been attempting to do some study, not really happening. mostly ive become obsessed with Mock the Week, NCIS, Rush and Criminal Minds, especially Mock the Week and Criminal Minds. i could watch them forever.

im very happy though because its Melbourne Cup weekend. on monday me and my friend Steph are off to see Tripod in the city! then a whole bunch of people are coming over for Cup day. typically it will be cold.

i really cant believe that its November! i only have 7 days of actually being at school left! then after work experience 9 WEEKS of holidays :) also this year, since the hot weathers started again, ive noticed that im coping with the hot weather better and being able to sleep at night. i dont notice how hot it is, im hoping thats the case as i cant stand hot weather.

You Got A Friend In Me

my last post twas a bit depressing, so i decided to steal maddie's idea and talk about thy friends.

MADDIE!
is my most bestest friend ever. we also share the same name. i absolutely love her to pieces. maddie and i met in yr 7 english and became good friends. but i had my own group and she had hers. our groups merged together and we became even closer. in yr 8 we didnt have any classes together, but our forms did do things together. then the group went thru some changes. 2 people moved schools and we had a fight with one. at the end of yr 8 we became rele close and started having our own sleepovers. at start of yr 9 we were put in different forms but i requested to move and by some magical force ms starry let me. we than had every class together and became bestest buds. when i got sick she called me EVERYDAY that i didnt come to skool and she bought me hw that she let me copy. shes the strongest person i know. i miss her so much right now and im counting down the days until she comes home. ive had a few best friends, but if i could only have one friend for the rest of my life, i would pick her.

NAT
was part of maddie's group in yr 7 and we also met in english. however in yr 8 we were in the same class and had most classes together. we became pretty close and like maddie started to do more things together. by the end of yr 8 it basically became me, nat and maddie. nat can literally make me rofl. shes hilarious and we have so many inside jokes and quotes i cant remember them all. we have many things i common such as: a love for lil asian guys, sean connery and keanu reeves, comedians (umbie bumbies, lano and woodly, monty python etc) and we have a rather excellent taste in music, and we are both in love wt ANDY MCCELLAND! i love her very very muchness. oh and we got married in yr 8 :D

STEPH
i have known steph since i was 4. we went to kindergarten and primary skool together. steph has always taught me to be who you are and dont care what others think. i took me a while to pick this up but shes always been there. we drifted a bit for the first couple of years in high skool, and if one good thing has come from maddie being away its that ive become closer to steph. i love our city adventures and i owe her a lot for getting me into the crew, taking me to other comedy shows and being my skins buddy. shes pretty awesome.

so yeah my friends make yours look like shit. i would never, ever give any of them up. i fucking LOVE them.

Drowning Lessons

i am currently drowning in homework and study for exams, im in yr 10 and i have to do more exams than the yr 12s! how does that work! and besides maths i have to study the WHOLE YEAR of work! its not like that in vce. poos. also some of it is such crap. like i care about how an aqueous solution is formed. who cares than when atoms from group one bond with atoms from group 7 that they trade electrons and then theyre happy? i dont give a fuck if the ATOMS ARE HAPPY! i have chronic fatigue - for almost 18 months now. i can't keep up with all this work. i have to be at skool all the time now and thats something i just can't do! im becoming an insomniac - you can tell from the dark cirlces under my eyes and when i do sleep ive been grinding my teeth, so much i put holes in my reatainer. there a very few people who understand what its like to have this. even my shrink doesnt get it. yes i see a shrink. his name is lee, and hes pretty cool. i have to see one because wt this illness im at risk of depression, anorexia and OCD. all of which ive suffered a bit from. i suffer from OCD when it comes to cheaking things. i always double check things or triple check. my bestie is overseas and she knows me best and sometimes i feel as though im surrounded by people but im all alone. i worry about my weight a lot too. i weigh less than 50kg, so technically im underweight. and i have this terrible fear of being over 50kgs. and even when i can count my ribs i still worry. this illness sucks. i dont know when it will end, theres nothing that you can do i just have to "deal" with it. there are no tests and no cures and some people, doctors actually think its all in my head. the only thing thats in my head are my migranes.

anyway moving on. i cant believe schools almost over. less than 4 weeks to go. plus 2 weeks work experience. than i have 9 weeks of freedom.

Greetings Earthlings

hello fellow earthlings, tis yet another day in the life of me :). im supposed to be doing my history homework, or my english or methods or maths or science, but im here. i went to school for the first two periods today, i have chronic fatigue (almost for 18 months) and only had to go for english and history. tis coming up to exam time and teachers are piling on the homework. poos. mostly i want to say a big CONGRATS to cassie, for being asked to put together a portfolio of her writing by a publishing company. mostly recently cassie's book review on the Dressmaker, by Rosalie Ham was published in the Age.
